Who leads the work
VICI Consulting is led by Judesther Marc, a senior operating executive with nearly two decades across commercial banking, credit unions, fintech, payments, enterprise SaaS, marketing technology, and enterprise consulting. He has built data warehouses and analytics functions from scratch, run financial models and credit portfolios, carried a quota, and led teams. Before he was an expert in data, analytics, and AI, he was an operator.
The through-line is value creation: find the lever that moves revenue, margin, or enterprise value, and build the capability to pull it. Technology is deployed only where it earns its keep against a growth, EBITDA, or ROI target, the discipline privately held and private-equity-backed companies value most.
He recognizes when the real fix is a process improvement, a change in operating rhythm, or a human-capital decision rather than another tool. Kaizen and Six Sigma discipline sit alongside modern data and AI capability, so the recommendation fits the problem, not the trend.
